Ukraine's NBU-operated SEP RTGS processes UAH settlements. Since 2022, Ukrainian banking infrastructure has operated under wartime conditions, with the NBU implementing capital controls and prioritising incoming remittances and humanitarian funds. PrivatBank, Oschadbank (state savings bank), and Raiffeisen Bank Aval process substantial wartime support payments, NGO disbursements, and diaspora remittances from Europe and North America.
