DNORLe BIC de la banque expéditrice n'est pas enregistré dans le système de paiement — un problème de configuration à la banque expéditrice.
DNOR is the mirror of CNOR — the originating bank's BIC is not registered in the relevant payment scheme. This is extremely rare in normal SWIFT GPI traffic and is entirely the sender's bank's problem to resolve.
Contact your bank immediately and report the DNOR reject. Ask them to resend through a scheme where their BIC is registered, or to escalate to their correspondent banking team.
