FF01Une erreur structurelle ou de format dans le message de paiement a empêché la banque réceptrice de le traiter.
FF01 is a technical rejection. The payment message itself is structurally wrong — a mandatory field is missing, a date is in the wrong format, an IBAN fails check-digit validation, or a BIC has the wrong number of characters.
This is the sender's bank's error, not yours. Contact your bank, quote the UETR and the FF01 code, and ask them to correct and resend the message.
