DNORDe BIC van de verzendende bank is niet geregistreerd in het betalingssysteem — een configuratieprobleem bij de verzendende bank.
DNOR is the mirror of CNOR — the originating bank's BIC is not registered in the relevant payment scheme. This is extremely rare in normal SWIFT GPI traffic and is entirely the sender's bank's problem to resolve.
Contact your bank immediately and report the DNOR reject. Ask them to resend through a scheme where their BIC is registered, or to escalate to their correspondent banking team.
