Creditor Bank Not Registered

BIC банка-получателя не зарегистрирован в платёжной системе — возможно, истёк или прекращён.

CNOR means the BIC in the beneficiary bank field cannot be found in the SWIFT BIC directory or is not registered for the payment scheme being used.

Common causes: the bank was acquired and the old BIC discontinued; the bank was disconnected from SWIFT; or the BIC was entered incorrectly.
