FF01Структурная или форматная ошибка в платёжном сообщении не позволила банку получателя его обработать.
FF01 is a technical rejection. The payment message itself is structurally wrong — a mandatory field is missing, a date is in the wrong format, an IBAN fails check-digit validation, or a BIC has the wrong number of characters.
This is the sender's bank's error, not yours. Contact your bank, quote the UETR and the FF01 code, and ask them to correct and resend the message.
