It usually progresses to ACCC (credited) within minutes to a few hours. If it sits at ACWP for over a day, ask the beneficiary to check with their bank — the account may need extra information.
ACWP is one of the standard ISO 20022 / pacs.002 status codes. It signals that the funds are at the beneficiary's bank, screening has passed, but the credit hasn't hit the customer ledger yet.
