Ohmyfin offers subscription-based access to our international payment tracking platform. By subscribing, you agree to the following refund terms:
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial period ends, no charges will be incurred.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase, except where required by applicable law. Within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund if you have not used more than 10 tracking credits during that period.
Individual tracking credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire for the duration of your active subscription.
If you experience a technical error that results in the incorrect deduction of credits (e.g., a system error preventing a tracking result from being displayed despite a credit being consumed), we will restore the affected credits to your account upon verification.
