How to check your Instarem transfer
Instarem does not offer a public lookup by reference — a transfer's status is only visible to the signed-in sender inside Instarem's own app. We can't fetch it for you, so here is exactly where to find it, plus the meaning of every status further down this page.
What each status means
| Authorised / Funds received | Provider has confirmed the sender's payment and queued the transfer. |
| In progress / In transit | Provider is processing or routing the funds to the receiver. |
| Ready for pickup | Cash transfers waiting at the agent for the receiver to collect. |
| Delivered / Received / Completed | Receiver has the funds in their account, wallet or cash in hand. |
| Action needed / Held | Sender must take action — usually ID upload, source-of-funds question or payout-partner outage. |
Frequently asked questions
Can I track an Instarem transfer without signing in?
No. Sign-in to instarem.com is required. SWIFT legs can be tracked by UETR on OhMyFin free when an Instarem transfer routes over SWIFT.
How long does Instarem take?
0–2 business days for major corridors using local rails; 1–3 business days when SWIFT is used.
