Common questions today
Is the SWIFT network up today?
Yes. As of Tuesday, 26 May 2026 the global SWIFT network (FIN + SWIFT GPI) is operating normally. SWIFTNet has 99.999% historical uptime; outages are extremely rare and announced on swift.com/status.
How can I check if my SWIFT payment went through today?
Paste the 36-character UETR (from your MT103 or payment receipt) into the Ohmyfin tracker. You will see the latest SWIFT GPI status in seconds — ACSP (in flight), ACSC (settled at the next bank), ACCC (credited to the beneficiary), PDNG (pending compliance), RJCT (rejected) or CANC (cancelled).
Will my payment process today if I send it now?
Yes if your currency's RTGS rail is still open (see the cut-off table above). Otherwise it will be queued for the next business day. Some rails also close earlier on Fridays.
Are SWIFT payments processed at weekends?
No. SWIFT GPI runs Monday–Friday, following each currency's domestic RTGS schedule. Payments sent on weekends or public holidays settle the next business day in both the sending and receiving countries.
What's the difference between ACSP, ACSC and ACCC?
ACSP = accepted, settlement in process (in flight). ACSC = accepted, settlement complete (funds at the next correspondent). ACCC = accepted, credit settlement completed (credited to the beneficiary's account). See the full ISO 20022 status code reference.
